These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Astraeontech website and your engagement with our services. By using this website or asking us to perform work, you agree to these Terms.

1. About our services

Astraeontech provides software engineering services including custom software development, backend and API systems, web and SaaS products, AI integrations, cloud and DevOps, and legacy modernization. Service details, scope, timelines and fees are confirmed per project in a written proposal or agreement.

2. Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use content on this site for commercial purposes without our permission. Project screenshots and examples shown on the site are our demonstrative work and remain protected by applicable intellectual property law.

3. Proposals and estimates

Quotes and estimates provided before an engagement begin are indicative and based on the information you share with us at the time. Final scope, pricing and payment terms are agreed in writing before work begins.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate requirements, timely feedback and any access, content or approvals needed for delivery. Delays caused by missing information or approvals may extend timelines accordingly.

5. Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing: (a) deliverables created specifically for you are licensed or assigned to you for the agreed purpose; and (b) Astraeontech retains the right to use pre-existing tools, libraries and our general knowledge. You retain full ownership of your code and data, as reflected in our delivery process.

6. Confidentiality

Both sides will keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement. We treat your business and technical information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to deliver agreed work or by law.

7. Support and maintenance

Ongoing maintenance, monitoring and feature development after launch are provided according to the terms of your engagement. Without a signed support agreement, work after delivery is billed separately.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astraeontech is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability in connection with any engagement does not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, without prejudice to your local consumer protections.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
